Third loss comes against Canada

The series is over for our boys but not before putting on a good show for a large crowd. They showed some offensive power against the Canadian squad highlighted by a 337′ 2 run blast by Zach Ell. (Today’s #10 Webgem !) In the end we came up a couple runs short. Here is the box score:

  1. Great effort guys. You did Dhahran proud. I do have one question for Zach. What were you trying to do on that homerun hit the ball back to Canyon Yards? Great shot.

    See you guys next season.

  2. I have been advised by LL that Zack’s homerun was the 2nd longest on record.

Dr. Creighton Hale and some other old timers have also said that this WS was the coolest on record – the overall temperature was quite agreable.

Good effort by all Team members.

Regards – Frank Bergfield, District Administrator
